Their electronic prescription service is a complete shambles. Every time the prescription was not ready at the pharmacy despite receiving texts to say ready for collection. Often it had not even been requested from the doctor's surgery so another visit was needed. Comparing notes with other disgruntled customers, it seems that I was not alone. Finally, fed up and frustrated with being messed around I told them to cancel the arrangement and that I would request my repeat directly from the surgery myself. It seems that they couldn't even get that right. When I contacted the surgery regarding my prescription I was told that Boots had requested it two days before. Needless to say I haven't heard from them and fully expect no medication to be ready.

Me and a friend were browsing around makeup counters earlier with the full intent to purchase multiple items, however left with nothing. We were made to feel very uncomfortable by various members of staff who were continuously staring at us and whispering. A few of them approached us one after the other and asked us if we needed help, to which I replied yes, after explaining what we needed help with to 3 different members of staff, we were told to come back another day because none of them could help, they then went back to their counters and continued to stare. On our way out of the store, my friend stopped to look at an item, the woman at the counter came over and asked if we needed help, we began to ask about the item, she grabbed it out of my friends hand, put it back on the shelf, gave a short blunt answer and turned her back. Terrible exerperience.
